Razer goes out on the stock market

The famous computer peripheral manufacturer, Razer, has filed an application for a Hong Kong stock exchange. The company hopes to raise $ 600 million to enable it to grow.In addition, money is needed to secure the financial situation of the company, which ended in 2016 with $ 70 million losses due to the series of purchases and development investments it made.
Razer started business in 1998 as a division of PC peripherals Kärna and quickly became popular with its Boomslang mouse, which released a year later. Because of financial results Kärna closes its doors in 2000, but remains Boomslang sought Terratec and return it to the market in 2003. Two former chiefs Kärna take rights to the product in 2005 based Razer Inc., which is the company, which we know today.
